Terms of service

The plain terms that apply when you buy a seminar seat or an advisory engagement from us.

Who we are

“We” and “us” means Adaline Advisory Group. “You” means the person or company buying from us. Buying anything on this site means you accept these terms.

Seminar tickets

  • A ticket admits the named attendee to both days of the The AI Mastermind on September 26–27, 2026, held live online, and includes the recordings for the period stated on the ticket, the workbook, and the materials built during the sessions.
  • Refunds: full refund if you ask up to 4 days before the seminar starts (through September 22). After that, you may transfer your seat to a colleague or move it to the next session at no charge. Email us to arrange either.
  • Seats are limited to 40. A ticket is confirmed when payment clears.
  • Seminar prices are fixed. The team of five includes a $500 saving compared with five individual seminar seats. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
  • Recordings and materials are for your own use. Do not share, resell, or publish them. Team tickets cover the number of seats stated.
  • If we must cancel the seminar, you receive a full refund. If we move it, you may attend the new dates or receive a full refund.

Advisory services

  • The AI Business Assessment and AI Business Analysis & Roadmap include the meeting and deliverables stated on the advisory page. The full package fee is credited toward an AI Implementation Partnership.
  • Implementation Partnership engagements are scoped in a written proposal, which sets the build price, the monthly retainer, the term, and the deliverables, and forms part of these terms once accepted.
  • You may cancel a session up to two business days before it starts for a full refund. Later cancellations may be rescheduled once at no charge.
  • We give advice based on the information you share with us. Decisions about your business, and their results, remain yours. We do not guarantee any particular financial outcome.
  • Information you share with us during an engagement is kept confidential and used only to deliver the work.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Invoices, where offered, are due within 15 days. Prices exclude any taxes that apply to you.

Our content

Everything on this site and in our materials belongs to Adaline Advisory Group or its licensors. Statistics quoted on the site are attributed to their sources and remain the property of those publishers.

Limits

Our total liability for anything arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
